MeaghanE.Colling医生（内科）：一名27岁女性患者因恶心，呕吐，意识障碍及低钠血症入院。
Thepatienthadbeenwelluntil1weekbeforeadmission,whenshehadnauseaandnonbloody,nonbiliousemesis.Shedidnotseekmedicalcare,andhersymptomsresolvedafterseveralhours.Twodaysbeforeadmission,shehadnauseaandseveralepisodesofnonbloody,nonbiliousemesisintheevening,aftershehadeatenseafood.Thedaybeforeadmission,shehadrecurrentvomitingassociatedwitheatingbutwasabletodrinklargeamountsofwater.Earlierthatday,shehadnormalinteractionwithfriendsandparticipatedinsightseeingactivities,includinglong-distancewalking.Earlyintheevening,shewasnotedtobeslightlyconfused.Laterintheevening,herfriendhaddifficultyarousingherfromsleep,andshewasnotabletofollowdirectionsorwalk.Shewascarriedtoacarbytwoofhertraveling鍖椾含娌荤枟鐧界櫆椋庣枟鏁堟渶濂藉尰闄?娌荤櫧鐧滈鏈変粈涔堝湡鏂?
